Deine Aufgaben

Als Design Manager (m/w/d) bei ORTOVOX Sportartikel GmbH bist du verantwortlich für die Entwicklung von technischen Premium Bergsportprodukten für Bekleidung und Accessoires. Du setzt neue Design-Impulse und gestaltest die langfristige Designstrategie über alle Produktkategorien maßgeblich mit.

Deine Aufgaben umfassen:

  • Trend- und Marktrecherchen durchführen, relevante Fachmessen und Hot Spots besuchen und dich davon inspirieren lassen
  • Mit Deinem Gespür für Trends Moodboards und saisonale Farb- und Trimming-Konzepte erstellen
  • Mit dem Produktmanagement, dem Apparel-Entwicklungsteam und der Schnittabteilung eng zusammenarbeiten
  • Gemeinsam mit dem Apparel-Entwicklungsteam neue, funktionelle Lösungen, spezialisierte Konstruktionen und neue Verarbeitungsmöglichkeiten erarbeiten
Dein Profil

Wir suchen nach einem erfahrenen Design Manager (m/w/d) mit folgenden Qualifikationen:

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium oder vergleichbare Ausbildung im Bereich Bekleidungs- oder Produktdesign
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im technischen Bekleidungsdesign
  • Kenntnisse im Bereich Verarbeitung und Schnittkonstruktion sind von Vorteil
  • Versierter Umgang mit Adobe Illustrator, Erfahrung im Bereich Grafik und 3D Design von Vorteil
  • Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Ein sicheres Gespür für Design, Farben, Materialien und Innovationen rund um technisch anspruchsvolle Bergsportbekleidung und Accessoires
  • Ein hohes technisches Verständnis und die Fähigkeit, Ideen schnell und aussagekräftig darzustellen
  • Eigenverantwortliches und strukturiertes Arbeiten, Flexibilität und ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Organisationsfähigkeiten
  • Ein Herz für den Outdoorsport und das Thema Nachhaltigkeit
