Job Summary
We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Senior Field Application Engineer Manager to lead our European team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for ensuring the success of our Field Application Engineers in the EMEA region.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of Field Application Engineers to provide technical support to customers and ensure they are equipped to meet their needs.
- Develop and grow the existing team by identifying and recruiting top talent, and providing training and development opportunities.
- Collaborate closely with the Sales team to ensure that the design funnel is filled with maximum conversion rate.
- Work closely with Sales, Global Product Managers, R&D, and Operations teams to ensure alignment and effective communication.
- Stay up-to-date with market trends and provide accurate road-mapping to ensure our products meet customer needs.
- Deliver or oversee internal and external technical trainings to ensure our team has the necessary skills and knowledge.
Requirements
- Master's degree in Electronic Engineering or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in Field Application Engineering with a proven track record of success.
- Team leadership experience, preferably with remote people management.
- Power Electronics or semiconductor experience is a plus.
- Fluent in English, German is a plus, and other European languages are a strong asset.
