Position: Sales Manager - Healthcare (f/m/d)

Key Responsibilities:
  • Relationship Management: Cultivate and enhance existing client relationships to drive business growth.
  • New Business Development: Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the healthcare sector.
  • Client Consultation: Offer tailored advice and actively promote our healthcare product range.
  • Contract Negotiation: Strategically plan and negotiate contracts with key clients to ensure mutual success.
  • Strategic Contributions: Participate in the operational and strategic planning of the Business Unit.
  • Market Insights: Conduct market analysis to inform and implement effective marketing and sales strategies.
  • Customer Satisfaction: Manage customer complaints proactively to maintain high levels of satisfaction.

Qualifications:
  • Educational Background: Degree in Business Administration, Textile Engineering, or a related field.
  • Sales Experience: Previous experience in sales, ideally within the healthcare industry.
  • Technical Proficiency: Strong skills in Microsoft Office, CRM systems, and SAP.
  • Language Proficiency: Fluent in English and German.
  • Customer Focus: Excellent customer orientation with a strong affinity for international sales.
  • Project Management Skills: Practical knowledge in managing projects effectively.
  • Personal Attributes: Strong communication skills, confident demeanor, and goal-oriented approach.
  • Travel Requirements: Willingness to travel (30-50%).
