About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Strategic Customer Care Leader to join our team at MediaMarktSaturn Retail Group. As a key member of our Customer Experience & Customer Care department, you will be responsible for driving the successful implementation of our global care strategy across all MediaMarktSaturn countries.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic forecasting and yearly budget planning for outsourced Customer Care operations across 11 European countries.
- Lead the operative, tactical monthly forecasting for outsourced Customer Care operations across all MediaMarktSaturn countries.
- Validate new resource planning for outsourcers and monitor recruitment processes for all MediaMarktSaturn countries.
- Manage workforce planning for outsourcing partners and advise countries on strategic and operational developments in customer care.
- Develop and implement scalable, customer-oriented processes, structures, and ways of thinking to enable best possible performance.
- Collaborate with stakeholders from customer experience and operational excellence to achieve improvements in customer care.
- Report to and align with leadership team, peers, and senior stakeholders to achieve improvements and create best possible customer care experience.
Requirements
- University degree in business administration or international management or comparable course.
- At least several years of professional experience in a similar position in customer service.
- Experience in Customer Service Workforce Management and Forecasting.
- English business fluent.
- Speaking of any other languages of the 11 MMS Countries would be a plus.
- Strong analytical skills and work in a data-driven manner.
- Real passion for customer needs and proven success in implementing sustainable, customer-oriented measures in complex corporate structures.
- Strong leadership skills with positive energy and team spirit.
- Experience in addressing blockages at all levels transparently and appreciatively, in developing pragmatic solution proposals, and in implementing necessary changes with confidence.
About Us
As a key member of our global customer care team, you will be the central ambassador for our customers within the company. You will work closely with internal and external partners to ensure a smooth customer care process. You will be responsible for the successful implementation of OneCare in regions and lead the operation afterwards. You will create reports and action plans for relevant performance and quality KPIs as well as customer insights for the organization and top management. You will work in a field where you identify data-based optimization potentials and drive them with passion to business partners and the country organization and steer their implementation.
