About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Planning Manager to lead our Planning & Engineering department at Bachner Elektro. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving the strategic development of our electrical planning services, coordinating projects, and leading a team of professionals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategic plans for electrical planning services
  • Coordinate projects, ensuring timely completion and quality standards
  • Lead and motivate a team of electrical engineers and planners
  • Provide technical guidance and support to clients and team members
  • Monitor and optimize planning processes, ensuring cost-effectiveness and efficiency
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop relationships with clients
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in an engineering or installation company
  • Strong knowledge of electrical planning (HOAI) for industrial projects
  • Ability to translate technical requirements into practical solutions
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
