FRI:X Fricke Innovation Lab ist das Innovationslabor der FRICKE Gruppe, ein internationaler Händler für Landmaschinen, Gartentechnik, Nutzfahrzeuge und Ersatzteile. Wir entwickeln innovative Geschäftsmodelle und Softwarelösungen.

Wir suchen einen engagierten Business Development Manager, der unsere digitalen Lösungen erfolgreich am Markt etabliert.

Ihre Aufgaben:
  • Entwicklung bestehender Geschäftsmodelle und -prozesse sowie unserer Produkte anhand der Kundenbedürfnisse
  • Aufbau neuer Kooperationen mit Industriepartnern im Bereich Digitalisierung
  • Erstellung und Durchführung überzeugender Präsentationen zur Vermarktung unserer Software-Lösung
  • Repräsentation unseres Unternehmens auf internationalen Branchenmessen
  • Mitarbeit bei der Entwicklung und Implementierung neuer Geschäftsstrategien und Leitung von Projekten zur Erschließung neuer Geschäftsfelder im digitalen Bereich
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Kolleg:innen aus unterschiedlichen Bereichen wie Technik, Programmierung, technischer Redaktion und Marketing
    • Mitwirkung bei der Konzeption und Entwicklung neuer Funktionen unserer Software-Lösung
    • Akquise und Betreuung von Großkunden in Zusammenarbeit mit unserem Vertrieb
Ihr Profil:
  • Abgeschlossenes Studium, z.B. in BWL oder Wirtschaftsinformatik oder eine Ausbildung mit erster Berufserfahrung in einer ähnlichen Aufgabe
  • Kenntnisse in der Landtechnik- oder Baumaschinenbranche sind von Vorteil, aber kein Muss
  • Gutes Verständnis für technische Konzepte und Prozesse
  • Begeisterung für Digitales und Innovationen, neue Technologien und kundenorientiere Lösungen
  • Kommunikationsstärke, Kreativität und Begeisterungsfähigkeit
  • Sympathisches und gewinnendes Auftreten
  • Organisationstalent und systematische Arbeitsweise
  • Verhandlungssichere Deutschkenntnisse
