Our company, Inizio Engage XD, is a leading organization in the research and development of innovative products and services. We have established ourselves as a major player in the German and Austrian markets and have a global presence.

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Manager (m/w/d) to lead our sales team in the Western region of Germany.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operational leadership of the sales team and responsibility for the region after a training phase
  • Coaching, development, and training of team members to enhance their skills and performance
  • Growth of market position, revenue, and achievement of targets through effective sales strategies
  • Engagement with key accounts to build strong relationships and drive business growth
  • Market assessment and contribution to sales and marketing activities to stay ahead of the competition

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of team leadership experience in field sales with a focus on OTC products
  • Experience in pharmacy field sales with a focus on OTC products and a strong understanding of the market
  • Motivational leader and effective communicator with negotiation skills to drive sales and business growth
  • Specific knowledge of OTC and Pharma markets, existing network, and a willingness to travel within the region
  • Driver's license Class B
