Collaborative Team Member for Public Cloud ERP Engineering

About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Working Student to support the Office of the Head of Public Cloud ERP Engineering. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in coordinating tasks, setting up project teams, and participating in projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate tasks and projects with the Office team
- Assist in setting up project teams and participating in projects
- Maintain and update information materials for various target audiences
- Support project teams with change management and communications planning
- Engage with internal taskforces to collect updates and provide feedback
- Coordinate internal requests and support with efficient expert involvement
Requirements
- Currently enrolled student at a university or university of applied sciences
- Studying in fields such as Business Administration, IT Management, Operations, or Management
- Demonstrated proficiency with MS Office Tools
- Background in IT is beneficial
- Ability to work in an agile and fast-paced work environment
- Ability to plan, prioritize, and organize work effectively
- Hands-on mentality and ability to process complex issues
- Fluent in German and English, written and spoken
