Job Title: Working Student - Public Cloud ERP Engineering Office Support
As a working student at SAP, you will provide essential support to the Office team within the Public Cloud ERP Engineering department. Your responsibilities will encompass coordinating tasks, facilitating project setup, and maintaining crucial information materials.
Your Responsibilities:- Coordinate administrative tasks for the Office team, ensuring smooth operations.
- Assist in establishing project teams and actively participate in projects alongside the Public Cloud engineering leadership team.
- Maintain and update information materials tailored to various target audiences, ensuring accuracy and relevance.
- Provide support for change management and communications planning initiatives.
- Engage with internal taskforces to gather regular updates and contribute to collaborative efforts.
- Coordinate internal requests and facilitate efficient expert involvement when needed.
- Provide ad-hoc support to the team as required, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.
To be eligible for this role, you should be an enrolled student at a university or university of applied sciences, ideally pursuing studies in fields such as Business Administration or IT Management. Proficiency with MS Office Tools and a background in IT are highly beneficial.
Furthermore, you should possess the ability to thrive in an agile environment, effectively plan and prioritize tasks, and demonstrate a hands-on approach to problem-solving.
