Position Title: Student Assistant in the Office of Public Cloud ERP Engineering
Role Overview:
As a student assistant at SAP, you will play a vital role in aiding the Office team with task coordination and the establishment of project teams. Your duties will encompass the upkeep and enhancement of informational materials, assisting in change management and communication strategies, and collaborating with internal taskforces.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with the coordination of tasks within the Office team
- Facilitate the formation of project teams and engage in projects alongside the Public Cloud engineering leadership
- Maintain and refresh informational materials tailored for diverse audiences
- Provide project assistance related to change management and communication strategies
- Collaborate with internal taskforces to gather regular updates
- Manage internal requests and support efficient expert involvement
- Deliver additional ad-hoc support as required by the team
Qualifications:
To qualify for this position, candidates should be enrolled in a university or a university of applied sciences, ideally pursuing studies in Business Administration or IT Management. Proficiency in MS Office Tools and a foundational knowledge in IT are advantageous. Furthermore, the ability to thrive in an agile setting, effectively plan and prioritize tasks, and possess a proactive approach is essential.
