Position: Working Student in the Office of the Head of Public Cloud ERP Engineering
Role Overview:
As a working student at SAP, you will assist the Office team in organizing tasks and establishing project groups. Your duties will encompass maintaining and refreshing informational materials, aiding in change management initiatives, and contributing to communication strategies while interacting with internal taskforces.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with the coordination of tasks within the Office team
- Facilitate the formation of project teams and engage in projects alongside the Public Cloud engineering leadership
- Update and maintain informational resources for diverse audiences
- Provide project assistance related to change management and communication strategies
- Collaborate with internal taskforces to gather regular updates
- Manage internal requests and support effective expert participation
- Deliver additional ad-hoc support as required by the team
Qualifications:
To qualify for this position, you should be an enrolled student at a university or a university of applied sciences, ideally pursuing studies in Business Administration or IT Management. Familiarity with MS Office tools and a background in IT are advantageous. Furthermore, you should be capable of thriving in an agile environment, effectively planning and prioritizing tasks, and possessing a proactive approach.

The Public Cloud ERP Engineering office plays a vital role in integrating workstreams, liaising with the leadership team, and offering support without organizational bias. As a working student, you will be a key contributor to this team at SAP.
