About the Role
As a Business Development Manager at topsystem GmbH, you will play a crucial role in driving the company's growth and success. You will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our international partners, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategies to expand and strengthen our partnerships, leveraging your expertise in business development and account management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of partnership initiatives and projects.
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to partner inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity, using this knowledge to inform your partnership strategies and recommendations.
- Work closely with the sales team to identify new business opportunities and develop targeted sales strategies.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in business development, account management, or a related field, with a strong track record of success.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with partners and internal stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and strategically.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
