About the Role
The Director, Employee Experience, My Career is a key position within Mondelēz International, responsible for driving the overall strategy for employee experience, process, and technology across all talent-related processes. This role will form part of the EX Leadership team and collaborate with other areas within HR to achieve integrated talent management.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and align the employee experience area "My Career" with integrated employee experience and talent management.
- Drive the future agenda of My Career, including process and system development, and promote training, personal growth, and professional development.
- Own the respective technology supporting the My Career space, such as Workday.
- Experience owner of all processes within My Career, shaping experience-specific HR technology, and supporting the portfolio process.
- Act as a Project Sponsor for relevant experience area-related projects and measure the success of the specific experience area.
- Provide guidance and direction on specific EX areas to the respective SSC Team Leads and collaborate with the Talent & Engagement COE to ensure alignment between frameworks and strategy.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree required; Master's Degree preferred.
- 10 or more years of progressing HR experience, with strong experience in talent processes such as talent planning, Strategic Talent Reviews, engagement surveys, and learning.
- Experience in a multinational company is ideal, with a preference for Consumer-Packaged Goods (CPG) experience.
- Business consulting experience is preferred but not required.
- Ability to balance competing priorities in a fast-paced environment, with a results-driven, highly organized, and detail-oriented approach to work.
