Are you enthusiastic about managing financial details and ensuring systematic operations? If so, you could be an excellent addition to our dedicated HR team.

We are on the lookout for a new member to join our HR division, available for either part-time or full-time engagement, in the role of Payroll Administration Expert (m/f/d).

Your key responsibilities include:

  • Payroll Processing: You will oversee the payroll for our employees, working closely with our external service provider. Additionally, you will manage company pension schemes and various salary components.
  • HR Management Systems: You will be responsible for our HR management systems and personnel communications, including tracking work hours, managing sick leave, and assisting colleagues with inquiries.
  • Onboarding and Offboarding: You will facilitate the onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring a smooth transition for our team members. We welcome your innovative ideas to enhance these procedures.
  • Administrative HR Duties: Your role will encompass routine administrative tasks such as issuing employment certificates and liaising with health insurance providers.
