Payroll Implementation Specialist

About the Role
As a Payroll Implementation Lead at Strada, you will play a crucial role in ensuring seamless and accurate payroll implementations for our clients. You'll be responsible for guiding clients through the configuration process, validating solutions, and transferring knowledge to maintenance teams.
Your Responsibilities
- Lead client workshops to gather essential payroll configuration information and identify any deviations from standard processes.
- Coordinate with the implementation team to configure the payroll solution, ensuring accuracy and alignment with client requirements.
- Validate the payroll solution and its integrations through rigorous testing procedures.
- Perform data validations within the payroll system to guarantee data integrity.
- Collaborate with the implementation team to resolve any defects or issues encountered during the process.
- Transfer your expertise to the maintenance team, ensuring a smooth transition for ongoing payroll operations.
- Manage and track configuration changes across different payroll environments.
- Estimate workload requirements for implementing approved local deviations from standard processes.
Your Contributions
- Actively participate in project kick-off meetings, providing valuable insights and perspectives.
- Contribute to the development of detailed project plans, outlining activities, durations, and dependencies.
- Support data mapping exercises to ensure accurate data integration between systems.
- Assist in resolving integration issues that may arise during the implementation process.
- Provide support during user acceptance testing (UAT) and parallel testing phases.
- Contribute to data validation efforts across all relevant systems.
- Collaborate with teams to resolve any data-related issues encountered.
- Support the definition of workarounds for manual processes and resolution tickets.
- Facilitate knowledge transfer to HRO teams, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of payroll operations.
- Contribute to the development of the cutover plan, outlining activities, durations, and dependencies.
