About the Job
We are seeking a highly skilled Regional Sales Representative to join our team in northern Germany. As a sales professional, you will be responsible for acquiring new customers and maintaining relationships with current ones in the construction industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve set goals in the designated area.
- Present our offer and build a customer base through effective sales processes.
- Analyze customer needs and provide technical advice to support purchasing decisions.
- Active sale of modern roofing and waterproofing materials to specific groups of German customers.
- Participate in marketing campaigns to promote our products.
Requirements
- Excellent knowledge of German (level C1/C2) and very good knowledge of English or Polish (level B1/B2).
- At least 5 years of experience in B2B sales, including at least 2 years in sales in the construction materials industry.
- Practical knowledge of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Word, Teams).
- Driving license and knowledge of the topography of northern Germany.
- Excellent communication skills, empathy, and listening skills.
- Ability to work under time pressure and meet sales targets.
