Sales Representative

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Representative to join our team at Approach People Recruitment. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for promoting our products and embodying the vision and values of our brand in the German market.
Key Responsibilities- Develop a commercial strategy in collaboration with the Sale Director to drive business growth.
- Set and achieve sales targets, monitoring progress and adjusting strategies as needed.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service and support.
- Participate in commercial negotiations, ensuring successful outcomes for both parties.
- Manage commercial budgets, ensuring effective use of resources.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity, providing insights to inform business decisions.
- Represent the company at local and national fairs, showcasing our products and services.
- Utilize a CRM management tool to track progress and report on key metrics.
- Minimum university degree, preferably in a relevant field such as industrial engineering, HVAC, or electrical engineering.
- At least 3 years of professional experience, ideally in a sales or business development role.
- Significant autonomy, team management, and negotiation skills.
- Native-level German, with fluent English or Spanish language skills.
- Permanent contract with flexible working hours.
