About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Account Manager to join our Service Management Team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of high-value customers, ensuring their long-term experience and satisfaction with our offering.

Your Impact
  • Represent PTC with major international customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Develop and execute risk mitigation plans to ensure long-term customer retention and loyalty.
  • Act as a trusted advisor and influential problem solver, providing valuable insights to customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Plan and execute programs to ensure full adoption and value of PTC products and services at customers.
Your Day-To-Day
  • Execute and oversee all PTC Service Management deliverables for your customers.
  • Establish and handle governance models and services reviews with customers to ensure successful long-term partnerships.
  • Act as the main point of contact for escalations, coordinating PTC ecosystem resources to resolve customer issues.
  • Deploy repeatable processes and best practices using Services ITIL framework.
Preferred Skills, Knowledge & Experience
  • Motivation for client services and account management.
  • Focus on complex project lifecycle.
  • Great verbal and written presentation skills.
  • Strong sense of urgency, working well under pressure and deadlines.
Basic Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field.
  • 5 years of experience in Customer Service or account management functions.
  • Knowledge of SaaS-based and/or Cloud-based business models in the software industry.
Language
  • English and German mandatory, French is a plus.
