Exciting Opportunity: Key Account Manager (m/w/d)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Key Account Manager to join our team at hofer powertrain. As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic plans to drive business growth and revenue expansion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market analysis to identify opportunities and trends that can drive business growth.
  • Client Acquisition: Develop and execute strategies to acquire new clients and projects, leveraging your industry knowledge and network.
  • Pricing and Proposals: Develop and present pricing and proposal strategies to clients, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
  • Strategic Planning: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategic plans that drive business growth and revenue expansion.
  • Performance Monitoring: Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure alignment with company goals and objectives.
  • Client Support: Provide exceptional client support and service, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in Key Account Management or Sales, with a proven track record of success.
  • Industry Knowledge: Strong industry knowledge and network, with the ability to leverage this expertise to drive business growth.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in MS Office and SAP, with the ability to learn and adapt to new technologies.
  • Language Skills: Fluent in English, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Personal Qualities: Results-oriented, with a strong initiative and customer-focused mindset.
