As the HR Strategic Partner, you will be instrumental in influencing our organizational strategies, cultivating talent, and promoting an inclusive workplace culture. Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a trusted advisor, collaborating with leadership to synchronize HR strategies with overarching business goals.
  • Provide specialized knowledge on HR matters, workforce planning, talent acquisition, leadership development, and organizational structure.
  • Design HR solutions that are specifically tailored to address the unique needs and objectives of the organization.
  • Facilitate leadership development initiatives that align with the business strategy.
  • Serve as a consultant to business leaders, focusing on initiatives related to People & Culture strategy.
  • Embody and advocate for the company's core values of safety and integrity.

Who You Are:

  • Possess a master's or bachelor's degree in a field related to Human Resources.
  • Bring at least 5 years of experience in an HR Business Partner capacity.
  • Have comprehensive knowledge of HR functions, including familiarity with German labor regulations.
  • Exhibit a strategic mindset and a commitment to achieving results through effective people management.
  • Demonstrate strong communication abilities in both German and English.
  • Show a proven track record in leading HR initiatives and driving organizational change.
  • Embrace cultural awareness and maintain a solution-oriented approach.
