Our Mission
Our platform is designed to streamline IT processes, significantly reducing time and costs by utilizing AI to automate labor-intensive tasks in technology decision-making.

Your Role
We are seeking motivated individuals to join our team as Junior Account Executives (AEs). In this role, you will be instrumental in generating sales opportunities and supporting the founders in closing deals. As you adapt to our dynamic environment, you will quickly progress to managing deals independently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Utilize various channels and tools to identify potential customers and experiment with new prospecting techniques aligned with our Ideal Customer Profile.
  • Qualify leads and create opportunities for our sales pipeline, including outreach through cold calling.
  • Engage with key decision-makers in IT departments via phone, email, and other communication methods.
  • Serve as the initial point of contact, delivering a customized Softwaregini presentation to prospective clients.
  • Collaborate closely with the founders to transition into a full Account Executive role, taking on complete responsibility for closing deals.
  • Continuously refine our go-to-market strategy and contribute to the development of our sales organization alongside the founders.
Qualifications

We are looking for individuals who are ambitious, driven, and results-oriented. Your qualifications should include:

  • 1-2 years of experience in corporate or enterprise sales, preferably in B2B SaaS.
  • Experience as a Sales Development Representative (SDR) is advantageous.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a passion for engaging with new people.
  • Excellent communication abilities and a customer-centric approach.
  • Self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership and a positive attitude.
  • Fluent proficiency in both German and English.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to work independently.
  • A collaborative mindset and a team-oriented approach.
  • Familiarity with Pipedrive or other CRM systems is a plus.
