Deine Aufgaben- Der gesamte Sales Prozess von der Lead-Generierung bis zum erfolgreichen Closing unserer Enterprise Software Deals zu steuern
- Kreative und effektive Sales-Strategien zu entwickeln, um ungenutzte Opportunities in Deinem Territory zu erschließen und die Verkaufsziele für unser SaaS Produkt zu erfüllen
- Durch gezieltes Networking mit VPs, CTOs und weiteren hochrangigen Entscheidungsträgern sowie durch die aktive Akquise von New Business ein starkes SaaS Netzwerk aufzubauen
- Präzise Sales Prognosen durch gewissenhafte Dokumentation in Salesforce zu erstellen
- In enger Zusammenarbeit mit unseren technischen Pre-Sales- und Value Teams positive Kundenerlebnisse zu schaffen und ein strategisches Account Mapping zu erarbeiten, um nachhaltiges Wachstum in Deinen Key Accounts zu erzielen
- Mindestens 4+ Jahre Erfahrung im Full-Cycle SaaS Sales, idealerweise mit Fokus auf Automotive, Aviation oder Defense
- Erfahrung im strategischen Account Planning und der Identifizierung neuer Business-Cases sowie Up- und Cross-Selling Möglichkeiten und die Verwendung geeigneter Frameworks wie z.B. SPIN oder MEDDIC
- Komplexe Sales-Cycle zu verstehen und gemeinsam mit dem Kunden spezifische Lösungen mit Mehrwert und hohem Skalierungspotenzial zu definieren
- Souverän und zielgruppenorientiert bis auf C-Level zu kommunizieren und eigenverantwortlich komplexe Verhandlungen mit dem Ziel eines erfolgreichen Deal-Closing im Enterprise-Segment zu führen
- Weitsichtigkeit und strukturierte sowie effiziente Arbeitsweise, um ein breites Spektrum von Sales Opportunities parallel zu bearbeiten und zu priorisieren
