Your Contributions:
Are you passionate about numbers and data? Do you enjoy extracting and preparing the right data from an HR data system according to specific inquiries? If yes, you are in the right place. As a Student Assistant in HR Reporting Services, you will assist us in the monthly and ad hoc reporting of HR metrics sourced from SAP HCM and SAP BW. We are interested in a long-term collaboration with you as a student assistant and will support you in developing your skills accordingly.
- You are at the center: You will be part of a virtually collaborating team.
- You take initiative: You will handle a portion of the existing monthly standard reporting and basic ad hoc requests.
- You drive development: Proactively contribute to and create our standard reports in SAP HCM and our BI queries – from requirements analysis to implementation and operation.
- You bring ideas: Together, we will explore optimization opportunities in our reporting processes.

- You are studying Business Administration, Social Sciences, Psychology, Business Informatics, or are enrolled in a similar field of study.
- You excel in the common MS Office applications (especially Excel, including pivot tables, and PowerPoint), may have experience with VBA programming, and are eager to learn and utilize HR tools (including SAP HCM).
- Ideally, you have already gained experience with SAP HCM or Analytics for Office (SAP).
