Job Title: Localization Associate

We are seeking a highly skilled Localization Associate to join our team at PeopleCert. As a Localization Associate, you will play a crucial role in managing translation projects from start to finish, coordinating with external Language Service Providers (LSPs) and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to ensure high-quality translations for our products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create and manage translation projects in our Translation Management System (TMS)
  • Coordinate with LSPs and SMEs to ensure timely and accurate translations
  • Perform quality checks on translated materials and provide feedback to the team
  • Onboard new suppliers and manage relationships with existing ones
  • Ensure administrative tasks are carried out accurately and efficiently
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in LSP or translation project management
  • Translator qualification or MSc in translation studies is an asset
  • Experience in managing multiple projects concurrently to time and budget
  • Good understanding of CAT tools, MT, and TMS
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, fluency in English and German is required
  • Knowledge of Best Practice methodologies is a plus
