IT Infrastructure Administrator at Medicover GmbH

Key Responsibilities- Manage user inquiries via the internal IT Service Desk
- Assist in the enhancement of systems
- Deliver First and Second Level Support for internal software applications
- Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software systems
- Conduct IT relocations and functionality tests
- Develop and revise IT documentation
- Degree in IT or equivalent professional experience
- Familiarity with Windows domain environments
- Understanding of medical or laboratory information systems is advantageous
- Self-motivated, results-driven, customer-oriented, and a collaborative team player
- Fluent in German (C1 level)
- Willingness to travel and possess a valid driver's license
- Dynamic work environment
