Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly skilled System Administrator to join our IT Infrastructure team at Rocket Internet SE. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our internal IT infrastructure, providing top-notch support to our staff, and collaborating with our team to drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities- Deploy and Manage IT Infrastructure: Deploy new hardware and software for staff, ensuring seamless integration and minimal downtime.
- Client Support and Onboarding: Assist in on- and offboarding new colleagues and freelancers, providing comprehensive support and training.
- Help Desk Support: Provide first- to third-level support, ensuring all tickets are resolved in a timely and efficient manner.
- IT Operations and Maintenance: Assist in the ongoing maintenance of Windows and MacOS clients, ensuring optimal performance and security.
- User Account Administration: Administer internal and external user accounts, ensuring secure and efficient access to company resources.
- Inventory Management: Assist with the inventory management of hardware, software, and other IT supplies, ensuring accurate tracking and minimal waste.
- Project Support: Collaborate with the team to plan and execute internal projects, providing IT-related expertise and support.
- Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
- Experience: Proven experience in working with Microsoft 365 services, supporting Windows and MacOS clients, and using Google Workspace.
- Skills: Strong software and hardware troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with a hands-on mentality.
- Language: Excellent written and spoken English skills, with German being a plus.
