**Job Summary**
We are seeking an experienced IT System Administrator to join our team. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for managing, monitoring, and maintaining our company's IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and databases.
**Key Responsibilities**
- **Infrastructure Management**: Oversee the management, monitoring, and maintenance of our IT infrastructure, ensuring high availability and performance.
- **User Support**: Provide assistance to users with IT issues and technical problems, ensuring quick and efficient problem resolution.
- **IT Security**: Implement and ensure compliance with current security standards, protecting our systems and data from potential threats.
- **Documentation and Reporting**: Create and maintain technical documentation and reports on IT systems and their status.
- **Project Support**: Support the planning and implementation of IT projects, contributing to the continuous improvement of our IT environment.
**Requirements**
- **IT Background**: Completed training as an IT specialist for system integration, IT system electronics technician, or a similar qualification.
- **Experience**: Experience in the management and support of IT systems and solid knowledge of system administration.
- **Technical Skills**: Proficient in handling servers, networks, and database systems, with a good understanding of the underlying technologies.
- **Communication Skills**: Strong communication skills, able to explain complex technical matters clearly in German and communicate with various stakeholders.
- **Language Skills**: Proficiency in German at an advanced level (C1 or higher) both orally and in writing.
