Your Role

We are seeking a skilled CRM Project Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our Salesforce system, providing user support and training, and driving the adoption of our CRM system across the organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the Salesforce system, ensuring seamless operations and user support
  • Lead and moderate regular key user meetings to ensure effective communication and collaboration
  • Collect and evaluate change requests, converting them into actionable items for our IT team
  • Ensure user acceptance of the CRM system and promote its use throughout the organization
  • Drive system integration by setting up and optimizing consistent processes across system boundaries
  • Take on project management or work in project teams to drive sales processes and calculations
Requirements
  • Completed commercial training or studies in business administration
  • High level of competence in dealing with CRM systems, ideally Salesforce
  • Confident handling of other PC applications, such as MS Office and ERP systems
  • Strong process planning and organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a team and strong communication skills
