Your Role

We are seeking a skilled CRM Project Manager to join our team. As a Salesforce Product Owner, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our Salesforce system, providing user support and training, and leading key user meetings.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and prioritize change requests, collaborating with IT to implement and test changes
  • Ensure user acceptance and adoption of the CRM system, identifying opportunities for improvement
  • Develop and implement consistent processes across system boundaries, enhancing system integration
  • Participate in project management and sales processes, driving business growth and development
  • Introduce new modules and processes, driving business innovation

Requirements

  • Commercial training or studies in business administration
  • Proven expertise in CRM systems, preferably Salesforce
  • Strong process planning and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
