About the Role

We're seeking a seasoned Engagement Manager to join our team at Workday GmbH (Euro). As a trusted advisor to our large enterprise customers, you'll play a critical role in driving their success in implementing our leading cloud enterprise software products.

Your primary responsibility will be to empower and drive our customers' implementations by setting up project planning, staffing, governance, and shaping key project deliverables. You'll lead cross-functional teams to successfully deliver large to complex Workday deployments, working hand-in-hand with the Customer Project Manager to resolve issues and ensure project success.

Key objectives for this role include:

  • Customer deployment success and satisfaction
  • Scope and risk management
  • Project budget and forecast management
  • Timely and transparent communication
  • Effective team management

About You

We're looking for a candidate with a blended mix of business skills, customer focus, and leadership to guide and support the deployment and achieve customers' and team's success. The ideal candidate will have:

  • 5+ years of proven program/project management experience
  • 5+ years of experience in HCM, Payroll, Financials, or Supply Chain
  • Multinational organisation and ERP implementation experience
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Leadership abilities to empower and focus the project team
  • Consistent track record in Project Management delivery within a Professional Services environment
  • Passion for customer success
