Responsibilities
  • Management of the local IT infrastructure
  • Support for Windows Server and operating systems
  • Identification, analysis, and resolution of issues
  • Software installation via centralized Software Center / SCCM
  • Second Level Support for users
  • Implementation and monitoring of the company's IT standards
  • Participation in projects within the central and local IT departments
Qualifications
  • Completed training in the IT field, such as IT merchant, system integrator, IT specialist, or a similar qualification is desirable
  • Initial experience with Microsoft operating systems (Client/Server), Microsoft Office 365, as well as network and server management
  • Customer-oriented and economically minded thinking and actions
  • Analytical thinking and a structured approach to work
  • Commitment, willingness to perform, teamwork, flexibility, good self-organization, and openness to new ideas
  • Driving license class B plus+
  • Willingness to travel occasionally within the region
  • Fluent German language skills in both spoken and written form; English skills are advantageous but not mandatory
