Marketing Associate Germany

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Associate to join our User Growth Marketing Team in Munich, Germany. As a Marketing Associate, you will play a key role in driving growth through exceptional lifecycle experiences, optimizing every marketing touchpoint to deliver personalized messaging and tailored offers.
Key Responsibilities:- Design and execute end-user marketing initiatives, managing the creation of assets, including CTA, visuals, and copy, maintaining consistency across channels and following marketing best practices.
- Apply analytical skills to identify opportunities and make data-driven decisions, driving growth in the region while balancing out specific markets' demands and requests.
- Cross-functional collaboration with key local stakeholders and leads from other regions to manage cross-functional initiatives, get input from local teams, and give visibility of your work.
- Local trends and opportunities, spearheading campaign innovation by identifying local trends, benchmarking competitors, and marketing initiatives from other companies.
- Execution and project management, acting as a project manager for local initiatives, ensuring end-to-end execution from planning to CRM campaign execution in an agile manner.
- Innovation and problem-solving, finding innovative ways to address challenges and blockers, applying strong experimentation skills, testing and validating hypotheses locally and identifying opportunities to scale globally.
- Digital marketing and execution expertise, with a focus on crafting tailored programs across the journey using multi-channels.
- Analytical and project management skills, with a data-driven mindset and exceptional project management skills, optimizing strategies and delivering projects on time and within scope.
- Experimentation and creative vision, comfortable with experimentation and proactive documentation of insights, testing and validating hypotheses locally.
- Communication, collaboration, and autonomy, with effective communication skills at all non-executive levels, building trust effortlessly and supporting stakeholders.
