Key Responsibilities:
- Provide expert consultation to management regarding all aspects of academic recruitment and talent acquisition.
- Oversee both internal and external recruitment processes targeting academic demographics, ensuring collaboration with all relevant stakeholders.
- Conduct professional interviews and advise management on the appropriate design and application of interview guidelines.
- Develop employment offers while considering internal policies, market benchmarks, external trends, and the internal salary structure, and engage in negotiations.
- Encourage constructive and solution-oriented collaboration with employee representatives.
- Contribute to various HR projects that enhance our organizational effectiveness.

Candidate Profile: To excel in the position of Talent Acquisition Specialist (m/w/divers), you should possess the following qualifications:
- A completed higher education degree, preferably with a focus on Human Resources.
- A minimum of two years of professional experience in recruitment.
- Strong understanding of the German education and labor market, with in-depth knowledge of market trends and ideally, international labor market experience.
- Proficient in IT applications (e.g., MS Office).
- Fluent in German and possess advanced English language skills.
