Your Responsibilities
- Act as the primary contact for all internal departments regarding material and production strategies
- Facilitate regular meetings for sales, inventory, and operations planning
- Oversee the Rough Cut Capacity Planning (RCCP) process
- Ensure targets for Days Inventory on Hand (DIO) are met
- Support effective communication and prioritization with clients
- Coordinate the flow of materials and information across departments
- Engage with suppliers to address shipping and delivery challenges
- Monitor key performance indicators and establish objectives for material planning
- Manage professional complaint resolution and enhance customer focus
- Oversee ERP master data relevant to planning and order management
Your Profile
- Degree in logistics, business administration, or a related field with a focus on production
- Proven experience in supply chain management
- Fluency in English and German
- Strong proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
- Enthusiasm for process improvement and a proactive approach to leadership
- Strong analytical skills with a data-driven mindset
- Ability to implement changes effectively in a dynamic environment
- Confidence in prioritizing tasks and communicating clearly with stakeholders
