Mechanic - E-Bike Specialist

About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Mechanic to join our team at Dance. As a key member of our local team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our e-bikes and e-mopeds meet our high standards.
Your Responsibilities
- Inspect, repair, and maintain our e-bikes and e-mopeds to ensure they are in top condition.
- Prepare new e-bikes and e-mopeds for delivery to our members and upgrade existing bikes to meet our quality standards.
- Provide feedback to our hardware and software teams on the performance of our e-bikes, e-mopeds, and software.
- Contribute to a fast-paced and dynamic environment, working closely with our team to optimize our workshop and operations.
About You
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Experience as a mechatronics technician, preferably with a focus on e-bikes.
- Ideal qualifications include relevant vocational training, but we also welcome career changers with a solid understanding of e-moped repairs.
- A keen eye for quality and a drive to strive for excellence.
- Fluency in English and/or German is preferred, but not required.
