We are seeking a skilled E-bike Mechanic to join our team at Upway's Refurbishment Centre in Berlin. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for repairing and refurbishing e-bikes to the highest standards, ensuring our customers receive a vast and high-quality e-bike selection.
Key Responsibilities- Repair e-bikes independently, including reception, inspection, troubleshooting, spare parts selection, repair, and quality control
- Work with your team to prepare e-bikes for delivery to our customers and maintain the existing fleet in good condition
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of our service and e-bikes
- Collaborate with your team to optimize the warehouse and its operations
- Thorough expertise in electric bike mechanics (1-2 years for Bike Mechanic, 2+ years for Senior Bike Mechanic)
- Passion for excellence and ability to work thoroughly and independently
- Enjoy trying out new repair processes and their continuous improvement
- Good knowledge of German and/or English
- Part of a fast-growing startup with a flat organization and highly motivated team
- Work on a huge selection of different e-bikes, ensuring a varied and challenging job
- State-of-the-art tools and equipment, including the latest repair diagnostic equipment
