About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Leader, Risk Management to join our team at Boston Consulting Group. As a key member of our Risk & Compliance practice, you will partner with clients across industries to tackle their most complex challenges and drive sustainable growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead cross-functional project teams to deliver high-impact risk management solutions to clients.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive risk management strategies to mitigate non-financial risks, including anti-financial crime, anti-corruption, and sanctions.
  • Collaborate with clients to identify and prioritize risk management initiatives, and develop tailored solutions to address their specific needs.
  • Contribute to the development of our risk management content, including industry benchmarks, best practices, and thought leadership pieces.
  • Provide expert guidance and support to clients on risk management frameworks, regulatory requirements, and industry standards.
  • Mentor and develop junior team members to ensure their continued growth and success.
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in risk management, compliance, or a related field, preferably in a top-tier consulting firm or industry leader.
  • Proven track record of delivering high-impact risk management solutions to clients, with a focus on non-financial risks.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and develop actionable recommendations.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders at all levels.
  • Fluency in German and English, with the ability to communicate complex ideas in a clear and concise manner.
