Work alongside your team in the Risk & Compliance Services sector to advise organizations on the design, implementation, or evaluation of Internal Control Systems, Risk Management, or Compliance Management Systems. Your Responsibilities
If you are passionate about creating trust and security for our clients with your Risk & Compliance team, here’s how you can contribute:
- Assist in the advisory and evaluation of Management Systems (CMS, RMS, IKS) for international corporations.
- Develop expertise in implementing organizational and procedural requirements of Governance Systems (e.g., Compliance, Risk Management).
- Take on early responsibility for the professional design, implementation, and reporting of Governance processes.
- Collaborate with experts from the KPMG network in an international context.
- Support business development in new areas by preparing proposals, studies, or expert contributions.
- To become a (Senior) Consultant (m/f/d) in Risk & Compliance, you should possess a completed degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Business Informatics, Law, or Social Sciences.
- Ideally, you have focused on one of the following areas during your studies: Corporate Governance, Risk Management, Compliance, Internal Auditing, Finance & Accounting, or similar subjects.
- Your interest in new topics and understanding of processes is particularly important.
- You bring relevant work experience from previous internships in an auditing firm, consulting, or industry.
- You are willing to travel to provide on-site consulting for our clients.
- Excellent German and English language skills complete your qualifications.
