What this job has to offer

In this position, you will report to the Technical Purchasing Manager. You will be responsible for processing orders and ensuring timely material supply on our construction sites. Your area of activity:

  • You obtain quotes, conduct price negotiations, and actively design framework, purchase, works, and subcontractor contracts
  • In collaboration with the project management team, you review the services rendered and costs
  • In the event of non-performance, delay, or defective performance, you will find timely and adequate solutions
  • Lieferantenmanagement: You build contacts with suppliers and maintain existing relationships
  • You monitor the procurement markets and identify new contract partners
  • You will also be actively involved in optimizing procurement processes

What convinces us

  • You have a commercial education or a business administration degree, preferably with a focus on purchasing, material procurement, or procurement
  • Ideally, you have several years of experience in the TGA industry or in technical purchasing, preferably as a project buyer (w/m/d) or in a comparable position
  • You are familiar with the project business and have technical understanding, which enables you to communicate on an equal footing with the project managers on site and to achieve the greatest possible economic success together
  • It would be ideal if you have a large network of suppliers and subcontractors in your region that you can rely on at any time
  • In addition, you have current knowledge of contract law, including the VOB
  • You are proficient in MS Dynamics NAV (Navision) and the common MS Office programs
  • Whether in a team or alone, you act efficiently and structuredly even under high workload – you are also communicative and negotiation-strong – also in English
  • You bring your willingness to travel and a valid driver's license (class B) with you
