About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Data and Analytics Team Lead to join our team at Tentamus Group GmbH. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading our data and analytics team, building and improving our data lakehouse, data pipelines, data science, analytics, and visualization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain a data-driven culture across the organization.
  • Design, build, and maintain data pipelines, analytics, and dashboards for multiple departments.
  • Ensure quality data collection processes for each department are documented and in place.
  • Lead data management, governance, attribution rules, and data quality with other functional data owners.
  • Communicate business performance to the management team.
  • Support product teams and engineers in designing essential product events collection frameworks.
  • Support the design and launch of experiments; uncover opportunities and surface new ideas.
  • Research and build metrics for product performance.
  • Research market trends in the industry.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Math, Physics, Engineering, Statistics, or related technical/quantitative fields.
  • At least 5 years of professional experience in data engineering and analytical roles.
  • People manager role experience.
  • Proficiency in Databricks, SQL, Python, ML, and PowerBI or other visualization tools.
  • Familiarity with standard statistical methods and applications.
  • Azure experience is a plus.
  • Good communication skills as a collaborative team player in cross-cultural and cross-functional environments.
