About the Role:
Tentamus, a global product and safety firm, is seeking a highly skilled Data Analytics Team Lead to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for building and leading our analytics team, driving business and product analytics vision, and providing actionable insights to our marketing and sales teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create and maintain a data-driven culture across the organization.
- Design, build, and maintain dashboards with analytics in Looker for each department.
- Ensure quality data collection processes for each department are documented and in place.
- Metrics explanation and interpretation to non-analytical staff.
- Communication of business performance to the management team.
- Support product team and engineers in the design of essential product events collection framework.
- Support the design and launch of experiments; uncover opportunities and surface new ideas that may lead to breakthroughs in growth or challenges.
- Research and build metrics for product performance.
- Research market trends in the industry.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Math, Physics, Engineering, Statistics, or related technical/quantitative fields.
- At least 3 years of professional experience in an analytical role involving user growth/product optimization/business analytics/performance marketing.
- People manager role experience.
- Proficiency in Data-warehouse/SQL/Python/Power-BI.
- Airflow/API experience, Azure DevOps is a plus.
- Familiar with standard statistical methods and applications (A/B testing, probability, regression).
- Good communication skills as a collaborative team player in across-cultural and cross-functional environments.
