As a key member of our analytics team, you will be responsible for building and leading a team of data analysts, developing business and product analytics vision, and providing actionable insights to our marketing and sales teams.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain a data-driven culture across the organization.
- Design, build, and maintain dashboards with analytics in Looker for each department.
- Ensure quality data collection processes for each department are documented and in place.
- Metrics explanation and interpretation to non-analytical staff.
- Communication of business performance to the management team.
- Support product team and engineers in the design of essential product events collection framework.
- Support the design and launch of experiments; uncover opportunities and surface new ideas that may lead to breakthroughs in growth or challenges.
- Research and build metrics for product performance.
- Research market trends in the industry.
- Bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Math, Physics, Engineering, Statistics, or related technical/quantitative fields.
- At least 3 years of professional experience in an analytical role involving user growth/product optimization/business analytics/performance marketing.
- People manager role experience.
- Proficiency in Data-warehouse/SQL/Python/Power-BI.
- Airflow/API experience, Azure DevOps is a plus.
- Familiar with standard statistical methods and applications (A/B testing, probability, regression).
- Good communication skills as a collaborative team player in across-cultural and cross-functional environments.
