Job Title: Team Lead – Data Analyst

Tentamus Group, a global product and safety firm, is seeking a highly skilled Team Lead – Data Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our analytics team, you will be responsible for building and leading a team of data analysts, developing business and product analytics vision, and providing actionable insights to our marketing and sales teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain a data-driven culture across the organization.
  • Design, build, and maintain dashboards with analytics in Looker for each department.
  • Ensure quality data collection processes for each department are documented and in place.
  • Metrics explanation and interpretation to non-analytical staff.
  • Communication of business performance to the management team.
  • Support product team and engineers in the design of essential product events collection framework.
  • Support the design and launch of experiments; uncover opportunities and surface new ideas that may lead to breakthroughs in growth or challenges.
  • Research and build metrics for product performance.
  • Research market trends in the industry.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Math, Physics, Engineering, Statistics, or related technical/quantitative fields.
  • At least 3 years of professional experience in an analytical role involving user growth/product optimization/business analytics/performance marketing.
  • People manager role experience.
  • Proficiency in Data-warehouse/SQL/Python/Power-BI.
  • Airflow/API experience, Azure DevOps is a plus.
  • Familiar with standard statistical methods and applications (A/B testing, probability, regression).
  • Good communication skills as a collaborative team player in across-cultural and cross-functional environments.
