Position: Process Improvement Specialist (m/w/d)

Role Overview: As a Process Improvement Specialist (m/w/d), you will play a crucial role in analyzing and enhancing our operational workflows. Collaborating closely with various departments, you will refine existing processes and structures to ensure optimal performance in daily operations. Additionally, you will be tasked with designing new workflows and establishing relevant Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to measure success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough analysis and enhancement of core, management, and support processes in partnership with respective teams.
  • Design and model new workflows, overseeing their implementation.
  • Identify process inefficiencies and opportunities for automation and optimization.
  • Develop KPIs for sustainable measurement and management of processes, including conducting initial process analyses.
  • Contribute to increasing process management knowledge within the organization by establishing relevant Business Process Management training sessions.
  • Support users in daily operations with inquiries related to process-relevant systems.
  • Create and update process documentation, functional descriptions, work instructions, and training materials.
  • Organize and conduct training sessions for the introduction and deepening of processes, tools, and systems.

Qualifications:

  • Commercial training or a degree in business administration, IT, or a comparable field.
  • A minimum of 2 years of professional experience in process and project management.
  • Knowledge in requirements engineering and process documentation.
  • Strong understanding of business economics.
  • Experience in developing process-related KPIs and their evaluation.
  • High affinity for IT.
  • Excellent analytical and creative problem-solving skills.
  • Structured, process-oriented, and solution-focused thinking and action.
  • Enjoyment of teamwork and effective communication.
