Our mission revolves around delivering contemporary dental care, prioritizing patient satisfaction, and ensuring accessible locations. In the role of Director of Process Improvement, you will spearhead a team of six specialists focused on refining our operational workflows. Your key responsibilities will encompass evaluating current methodologies, formulating strategies for enhancement and digital transformation, and overseeing initiatives aimed at boosting productivity.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Assessing current workflows and pinpointing opportunities for enhancement
  • Crafting strategies for process simplification and digital integration
  • Coordinating and managing projects
  • Leading interdisciplinary project teams
  • Engaging with stakeholders and collaborating with subject matter experts

Your qualifications:

  • Degree in Business Administration, Economics, or Engineering
  • At least 5 years of experience in process enhancement and project oversight
