About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Subledger Accounting Manager. As a key member of our finance team, you will be responsible for the technical and disciplinary management of a team of accountants and experts, ensuring the smooth operation of our transactional accounting service unit.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a team of accountants and experts, providing guidance and support to ensure the successful execution of payment transactions and operational support of our multi-cash tool.
  • Assume an interface function within and outside the finance department, focusing on supplier management and sales.
  • Develop and implement an operational and KPI-based control system, ensuring the efficient management of our accounting systems.
  • Coordinate with auditors and identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, and digitalization.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in accounting and management, with a degree in business administration or a related field.
  • Strong SAP experience, with a focus on subledger accounting.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken.
