About the Role

We are seeking an experienced accounting professional to join our team as a Team Manager Subledger Accounting. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for the technical and disciplinary management of a team of accounting professionals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a team of 2 team managers and 1 senior expert, providing guidance and support to ensure the successful execution of accounting tasks.
  • Oversee the execution of payment transactions and operational support of the multi-cash tool.
  • Act as an interface between finance departments and external stakeholders, focusing on supplier management and sales.
  • Develop and implement an operational and KPI-based control system to ensure efficient accounting processes.
  • Coordinate with auditors to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, and digitalization to enhance efficiency and productivity.
Requirements
  • Relevant degree in business administration or equivalent experience.
  • 3-5 years of professional experience in accounting and management, with a strong background in SAP and subledger reference.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with fluency in German and English.
  • Experience in digitalization and innovation, with a strong drive for process improvement.
