We are seeking an experienced accounting professional to join our team as a Team Manager Subledger Accounting. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for the technical and disciplinary management of a team of accounting professionals.
Key Responsibilities- Manage a team of 2 team managers and 1 senior expert, providing guidance and support to ensure the successful execution of accounting tasks.
- Oversee the execution of payment transactions and operational support of the multi-cash tool.
- Act as an interface between finance departments, focusing on supplier management and sales.
- Establish and implement an operational and KPI-based control system, ensuring the efficient management of accounting systems.
- Coordinate with auditors and identify opportunities for process improvement and digitalization.
- 5+ years of experience in accounting, with a degree in business administration or a comparable subject.
- Proven management experience and sound SAP experience with subledger reference.
- Expertise in digitalization and a strong drive for innovation.
- Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken.
