Up Reply ist eine Spezialistin für digitales Wachstum und Optimierung der Customer Experience. Wir bieten internationalen Kunden ein bewährtes Methodenset bei der Personalisierung digitaler Kanäle, A/B-Tests und datenbasierten Analysen entlang der gesamten Customer Journey.

Deine Aufgaben
  • Entwickle Web-Frontend-Code-Varianten für A/B- und MVT-Tests mit HTML/CSS und JS DOM-Manipulation
  • Erstelle Experimente für Websites mit SPA-Frontend-Frameworks (z.B. React, Angular, Vue, etc.) sowie Personalisierungskampagnen mit Adobe Target oder Optimizely oder Dynamic Yield
  • Unterstütze das Lieferteam bei wöchentlichen Anrufen, um bei Bedarf technische Fragen von unseren Kund*innen beantworten zu können
  • Leite Workshops und übertrage Wissen
Deine Qualifikationen
  • Erstes abgeschlossenes Studium mit technischem oder betriebswirtschaftlichem Schwerpunkt
  • Mindestens 2 Jahre Berufserfahrung mit Frontend-Technologien sowie -Frameworks
  • Mindestens 2 Jahre Erfahrung mit Adobe Target oder Optimizely und Verständnis der APIs, Arbeitsabläufe und Funktionen von Adobe Target und optional Optimizely und Dynamic Yield
  • Erste Berührungspunkte mit JIRA und Figma
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
