About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Partnerships Manager to join our dynamic team at Raisin GmbH. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our key stakeholders, ensuring seamless integration and execution of partnership initiatives.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in partnership management, business development, or a similar role in the fintech industry. You will be passionate about fintech and have a keen interest in leveraging technology for state-of-the-art banking services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for our partners, addressing their needs and concerns
  • Facilitate regular check-ins, meetings, and ongoing dialogue with platform partners
  • Work with legal and onboarding teams to draft and finalize contracts
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements
  • Support the outsourcing relationship and contractual basis, monitor and evaluate performance through KPIs
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless integration and execution of partnership initiatives
  • Coordinate and oversee the implementation of partnership projects from initiation to completion
